 Do you want to be pain free and ageing gracefully. Stretch out and strengthen your whole body working within your own limits. Classes are structured to realine the bones and keep muscles and joints flexible and lubricated. Yoga can connect and teach you to listen to your body. Slowing the mind down whilst you strengthen, stretch and destress yourself creates new energy for focusing and clarity. Pregnant women have found Yoga classes beneficial during pregnancy and many say that the postures stand them in good stead later during labour. So from pregnant women, right through to much older people and people with injuries Yoga can improve general health while reducing stress and making your body stronger and more flexible.

I do several workshops in Brisbane on the weekends during the year at West End Yoga Centre.


Private Sessions
By appointment. You will be guided through a private yoga session one on one or with your partner/friends, given advice on how to work in the postures and with the breath, and deepen your understanding of yoga.
You will be provided with a personal home practice that suits your personal growth on all levels.
